Rae Spoon‘s debut album Superior You Are Inferior, is now 10 years old, so to celebrate, we air the three classic lead-off tracks at the start of the show. I remember being captivated by the record at first listen and got a chance to see her perform in Edmonton shortly thereafter. They have continue to release acclaimed indie albums i in the years since, tour widely and most recently found Coax Records, which champions the music of underrepresented groups in Canadian music. You can also hear a surprise new single from cult Sydney-based artist SPOD and tracks from some of the bands playing Music Waste 2019 in Vancouver.
